VRIC's General Elections will be held on Thursday, February 11th after Isha prayer. It is the responsibility of each and every VRIC member to attend and participate in the process of electing our next Board of Directors and Board of Trustees.

Pleas see the below information provided by the Election Committee:

1. How will the election take place?

VRIC will use paper ballot with names for the voting process. Voting will be allowed from after Isha prayers on the day of the Election.

On the ballot, eligible members can vote for a maximum of 7 BoD nominees and for 3 BoT positions.

2. What ID do I have to show when I vote? Any government issued photo ID; US passport, Driver license, State ID and VRIC membership card (if available).

3. Can you vote via email/absentee voting?

Absentee voting or voting via email will start one week before Election Day. The absentee ballot must be given to an election committee members (as a witness) in a sealed envelope. You can also send the ballot via email to ec@valleyranchmasjid.org. Please make sure that you email a picture of your government issued ID as well. External Event Url
