We are excited to resume our sisters' only "full stretch" class, insha'Allah! This is a great way to stretch your body in a relaxed environment. We will have a trained female instructor (Mollie Lane Jackson Erickson) guiding us in class. We will meet every Thursday, beginning August 18, insha'Allah.
There is a weekly $1/class registration fee, which is payable at the door.
