The word yoga is derived from the Sanskrit word yuj, which means to unite, or to attach. It is a practice that originated in India, and is practiced almost all around the world today. One of yoga’s five principal meanings is “gain control of the body and mind”. Through centering and breathing exercises, this yoga seminar is meant to give you a taste of just that: connecting mind and body. Join us as our instructor Manal Farhan leads us in this exciting new seminar. ** WOMEN ONLY
