Assalamu Alaikum WaRahmatullah Dear Sisters!

Being ME Toronto is ready to welcome back everyone to the memorable Resilience event!

“And whoever fears Allah – He will make for him a way out and will provide for him from where he does not expect. And whoever relies upon Allah – then He is sufficient for him. Indeed, Allah will accomplish His purpose. Allah has already set for everything a [decreed] extent.” [Qur’an, 65: 2-3]

An Event of Inspiration, Sisterhood and Reflection
Hosted by Asmaa Hussein

On November 29th, 2015, listen to the courageous sisters below speak:

Zunera Ishaq
Farheen Khan
Mariam Ahmed

This will be an event where we can share in the experiences of real women undergoing extraordinary challenges with the help of Allah in order to find our own commonality and inspiration. This is an opportunity to listen to their compelling stories, delve into their moments of difficulty and relief, and reflect on how their reliance on Allah sustained them and continues to do so during these struggles.

These women may not see themselves as inspirations to others, but women across the GTA, Canada and even the world turn to them for hope and reflection. Their narratives are reminders that no matter the darkness of the present, the light of Allah's path illuminates a way through any hardship.

Join us for an evening of inspiration, sisterhood and reflection as these incredible women share powerful stories of personal challenges and spiritual triumphs that exemplify the very essence of resilience and trust in Allah.
