About ZFteahouse:
In a friendly ambiance of teahouse warmth, Zakat Foundation of America (ZF) hosts a monthly celebration of the prophetic precedent of empathy and social justice. Cultivating a culture of compassion, each ZFteahouse will highlight a pressing social issue such as human trafficking or refugee empowerment, followed by on-site service work. Guests will also have an opportunity to take change back to their communities or campuses by signing up for service projects facilitated by ZF.
