Gateway to Arabic a 12 Week Course

The Pearland Islamic Center presents for the 3rd time Gateway to Arabic the 12 week Course which was introduced on August 14th but will officially start class on August 21st. The Course is free the only cost is the $20 Book Fee.

Town Hall Meeting - Republican & Democratic Candidates Answers

Pearland Islamic Center & St. Andrew Episcopal Church (Pearland) invite you to a Town Hall Meeting featuring Democrat Candidate John Floyd (Law) and Republican Candidate Ed Thompson (Insurance). Due to short notice and short time for the event. Community was asked to submit questions which were condenced down to about 5 questions. The answers from each of the candidates will be provided. Please note that neither the host nor the co-host endorse any of the candidates. The forum was set to let the community get to know the candidates and foster good relationship between the public servants and the local public. We hope you will join us and spread the word. We request everyone to arrive early. You are not required to dress any particluar way, but we suggest that you dress conservatively.

Pearland Islamic Center is proud to host the Annual Spring Carnival in the community. Last years theme was Inter-Faith Peace Garden. This year the theme is "Honoring our local Heroes" - Pearland Police Department and Pearland Fire Department included. Along with us we will have our good friends The St. Andrew's Episcopal Church (Pumpkin Church) of Pearland. There will be Bazaars, Food, Games, Rides, Bouncies, Mountain Climbing, Bouncy Houses, Train Rides, Petting Zoo, Henna, Face Painting, Baloon Artists and more... Last year the event attracted over 400 people, this year we expect to cross 500 mark.
