ABOUT THE COURSE

Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said, that on Judgment Day, nothing will be heavier on a believer's scale of deeds than good character. We are excited to announce that MCK will host Shaykh Ubaydullah Evans for a CelebrateMercy program on the Good Friday holiday weekend: March 30-31. Below, see a preview video and bio of Shaykh Ubaydullah who will visit from Chicago.

In the class - entitled Content of Character - Shaykh Ubaydullah will explore 10 foundational hadiths that should shape every Muslim's personal, family, and social life. This course will be Part 2 of a similar class taught by Ustadh Usama Canon in Knoxville two years ago. The class, covering entirely new material, will be enlightening and interactive insha-Allah.

On March 30, Shaykh Ubaydullah will deliver the Friday khutba and the opening evening session. Saturday will be a full-day course from 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM. Registration will be required due to limited seating; we also expect many to attend from other states.

RSVP by clicking 'Going' on this Facebook event page; you'll then be the first to be notified as soon as registration launches later this week. There will be an Early Bird Discount for the first registrants.
