MOWAW: Muhammad The Orphan Who Adopted the World

Join us for one of our biggest events of the semester! This two-part event aims to engage in dialogue with the campus community about the life of Muhammad, his teachings, and the legacy he left behind. It also aims to clear misconceptions that the general public may have about Islam.

----------

On the morning of Tuesday, April 10th, your peers will be on the Quad from 10am-4pm handing out flowers and engaging in discussion. We encourage you to come try out our trivia, challenges, and refreshments!

Then in the evening, you're invited to come to Loomis Room 151 at 6:30 PM, for a lecture titled "Muhammad: A Legacy for Coexistence with Peace Despite the Differences". Our notable guest speaker, Saad Tasleem, will address the questions of "How was peaceful coexistence despite differences upheld in society in the time of Muhammad?" and "How is this relevant to us in our communities in a time of increasing unrest and lack of unity?". This will be followed by an open discussion and Q & A Session.

PIZZA WILL BE SERVED.
