"Harmony & Justice: Interfaith in Action - working together for the Common Good"

The Religious Events Planning Committee of the Islamic Society of Central Jersey invites all to an interfaith discussion on May 15th, 2016 at 11:00am. The discussion "Harmony & Justice: Interfaith in Action - working together for the common good".

Our leaders are people we should look up to for positive leadership and guidance for communities, states and countries to live in harmony with each other, regardless of faith background. Neither the media nor people in leadership positions should use religion as a reason to create and/or enhance conflict or disrupt the peace. For these reasons, we invite you to join us for an educational program to combat the challenges we face with hate and bigotry and to learn how all faith based communities can work together for the common good. The discussion will be Saturday, May 15, 2016 at 11:00 a.m.

Prominent speakers will speak about this important subject:

Speakers:
* Reverend James Barrens, Chaplain
* Engy Abdelkader, Esq.
* Suzy Ismail, Author & Lecturer
* Dalia Fikry Fahmy, Ph. D
* Imam Izak-El M. Pasha
* Rabbi Joseph Kohn of NKI

Lunch will be provided for attendees only: 1:00pm – 2:00pm (right after Dhuhr)
