Salaams everyone!

Remember, now we meet Wednesdays at 7pm at the GW Musallah in Marvin Center Room 406!

Wednesday, March 21st
Sûrah: 14 Ibrahim {Abraham} - part 1
Chronological Order: 72
Assigned Verses: Ayahs 1-27

Summary:
Revelation leads men from darkness to light. It comes to each nation in its own language and for its own special circumstances. So was it with Moses and other Prophets. There was a conflict of evil with good, but evil was destroyed. Parable of the Goodly Tree

The weekly Qur'an halaqas are open personal reflections of the group, and are facilitated by Chaplain Meraj Allahrakha. Since this is personal reflection, there are no wrong answers or unwelcomed interpretations.

There will be SEVERAL copies of different translations/interpretations of the Quran, but since this will be a weekly occurrence, a personal copy might be useful. Don't have one? We should remedy that!

The goal of this halaqa is to cultivate a personal relationship with the Book of Allah, in a manner that brings it to life more than just a history or textbook. External Event Url
