Reviving the Islamic Arts
Are you the next undiscovered act? Do you have a talent that is good enough to open this year's entertainment session on the main RIS stage? If so, this is for you!
We are looking for that act of talent that we can showcase to over 20 thousand attendees at this year's RIS convention Inshallah. Auditions are officially open! Tell your friends and reach out to anyone you know that has what it takes to win this year's title and perform on the main RIS stage as the opening act for the Platinum winning recording artists; Raihan. To make things even better, the winner will also get a cash prize this year!

Send us your YouTube audition as a private or unlisted link to auditions@risconvention.com
Deadline for submissions is December 20th at 11:59PM.
Those selected will be contacted to join us for the live auditions on the 26th of December at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Top 6 acts will be chosen from the live auditions and compete at the RIA stage in front of a live audience and a judging panel.
Requirements:
1. Each youtube video can be between 1-5 min long. Anything over 6 minutes will not be entertained.
2. All talents will be entertained except for dances and danger acts.
3. Video links (YouTube only) to be sent to auditions@risconvention.com . Links must be private or unlisted.
The video submission must start with you stating your (in the video):
a) Your Name
b) Your Age
c) The City you are from
d) What your act is
e) Say the following phrase "This is my audition for Reviving The Islamic Arts 2013"
4. RIS organizers and Team Leads can not audition. However, volunteers and family of organizers/team leads are eligible to audition.
5. Use of profanity, violent and sexual content, and danger acts will not qualify and will be an automatic disqualification from the competition.
6. RIS and RIA reserve the right to the content submitted and may use the content for future promotions etc. Those selected for the live auditions may be required to read and sign aditional paperwork before performing.
