Yemen continues to be one of the most seriou and under-reported humanitarian crisis of our time. Millions of civilians in Yemen are struggling with food insecurity, internal displacement, and lack access to clean water and basic healthcare. The UNHCR reported that over 2 million people in Yemen have been displaced since January. The war continues to ravage the country, effectively destroying the remaining civil and medical institutions.

Islamic Relief USA and the Committee of Yemeni American women in New York City have partnered together for an emergency fundraiser at the Widdi Hall on August 14th.
Join us for evening of awareness & hope as we learn more about the relief programs and projects being offered in the country & how to support it. The event will include traditional Yemeni performances, a photo exhibit & bazaar.

Doors open at 4pm!
Dinner will be provided!
