What is Write to Retain?
Write to Retain is a year-long Quranic literacy program intended to prepare students for the memorization of the Quran. Students who successfully complete the course will be eligible to participate in a full-time memorization program.
Who is this course for?
This course was created for any person, young or old, who has the desire to memorize the Quran and seeks to learn the fundamentals and etiquette of modern memorization through studying the traditional sciences of writing, reading, and vocabulary.
When will classes be held?
Live classes will be held every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 3 pm to 4:30 pm US Central Time on our online learning platform, WizIQ.
Are there any prerequisites for the course?
The only prerequisite for the course is a basic ability read Quran, regardless of your fluency.
How is the course conducted?
Live classes will be conducted in interactive, group-learning sessions full of rich discussions and an unparalleled level of student-teacher interaction. Students will have an opportunity to directly connect with their Instructor and classmates, with an open-environment for class-related questions at the end of every session.
What is the cost of the course?
The course tuition is $150. The tuition will include 90-minute class sessions three days per week through April 2016.
What if I cannot attend the live sessions?
All live classes will be recorded and immediately available for viewing to registered students.
Where is the seminar material from?
The course material is designed and developed by the course Instructor and AQL support staff. The material prepared for the course will combine the traditional sciences of writing, reading, and vocabulary along with an innovative formula specifically created to prepare students for the memorization of the Quran.
What will I learn from the course?
Students who complete the course will have gained the ability to write, read, and understand the book of Allah. The course will also prepare students to memorize the Quran by learning the fundamentals and etiquette of modern memorization. External Event Url
