Join us for Ramadan Training Program! Ramadan is the time of the year where we make positive changes and wellness should be at the top of the list! We will be engaging in 8 short workouts (30 - 40 minutes in length) which are roughly one hour and half before the break of fast, iA. Training while fasting has many benefits.

One study found that fasting before aerobic training leads to reductions in both body weight and body fat, while eating before a workout decreases only body weight. The combination of fasting and exercising maximizes the impact of cellular factors, which force the breakdown of fat and glycogen for energy.

Sessions will take place on the following days in June:
