Class description:

Learn how to prepare for Ramadan with the help of nutrition coach, movement therapist and personal trainer, Sister Zainab Ismail.

This session will be open to all as a communal reminder of Ramadan's virtuous deeds and Prophetic ways along with professional nutrition and exercise advice.

We will discuss how to set our spiritual goals, make a plan to complete them and share best-practice tips. We will go over a sample Ramadan meal plan (suhoor/iftar ideas), Prophetic inspired foods, essential exercises to maintain health and weight in this special month.
