The MCEC (Muslim Community & Education Centre) is commited to providing the community in North London with facilities and resources that promote the way of Islam for this and future generations. Along with a Mosque for prayers, the site based in Palmers Green will also attend to issues of health, recreation and education which all have a strong place in Islam. That is why, with the will of Allah, we have an extensive schedule of educational activities including saturday and evening schools, a Parents & Toddlers group, adult classes on weekends, and various courses during the week.

Tickets are £20 per person (if bought in the masjid) and £21 online. Join us at our first ever fundraising event for the MCEC Palmers Green Mosque Rohingya Appeal. BIMA Lifesavers Course: September 30th 2017

Next month on Saturday, September 30th, we at Palmers Green Mosque will be holding a free lifesavers event, a course about CPR. If you went home today and someone collapsed, would you know what to do? This course will teach you WHAT to do and HOW to do CPR, as well as other skills. This 2-hour course is being run by the British Islamic Medical Association, across the country in 65 mosques at the same time on the same day. We are delighted to be one of the mosques involved to give you, our community the chance to attend this course. A similar course can cost nearly £100 in some areas but it is being offered for FREE here next month to those who want to attend. It will be run by a team of paramedics, GPs, hospital doctors and surgeons, who on the day will teach you lifesaving skills. This event is endorsed by the British heart foundation and attendance certificates are also provided. The course is FREE BUT PLACES ARE LIMITED. It is for both men and women, preferably those over 16. Please either sign up via the website or complete a form from the front desk if you are interested. The course is on Saturday, Sept 30th at 2 pm after Zuhr salah. We look forward to seeing you there inshallah.

May Monthly Lecture :The Keys To Ramadan

We will be holding a talk on Saturday 14th May on how to get the bet out of Ramadan. The talk is entitled "The Keys to Ramadan" and will be given by Ustaadh Ramiz Ibahim. Ramiz Ibrahim has studied various Islamic sciences in Egypt as well as here in the UK. He his a trained psychotherapist, a hijama specialist and a da'ee.
