Who was Muhammad?
What was his message?
And why do so many people admire his legacy?

Join us for one of the biggest events of the semester! Our two-part series aims to engage in dialogue with the campus community about the life of Muhammad, his teachings, and the legacy he left behind. It also aims to clear misconceptions that the general public may have about him and his teachings.

----------

On the morning of April 18th, your Muslim peers will be on the Quad from 10am-4pm handing out flowers, sharing sayings of the Prophet Muhammad, and engaging in individual discussions about his message and teachings. We encourage you to come try out our trivia, challenges, and refreshments!

Then in the evening, you're invited to come to Digital Computer Lab (DCL) Room 1310 at 7PM, for a lecture titled "Muhammad and the Universal Values for Social Justice". Our notable guest speaker, Imam Kifah Mustapha will address the questions of "How did Muhammad shake the underpinnings of the unjust society he lived in by bringing about social reforms?" and "Where does faith and more specifically Islam and the model of Muhammad fit into the discussions on discrimination and social justice?". This will be followed by an open discussion and Q & A Session. Again, refreshments will be served!
