Assalamu Alaykum,
Muslim Association of Puget Sound – Nature, Outdoor, and Wildlife (MAPS-NOW) team has partnered with Washington Trails Association (WTA) to host a family trail work party. Our Muslim sisters and brothers will work side by side with non-Muslims at beautiful Beaver Lake Preserve in Sammamish. Bring your family for a day of sunshine, fun and earning Thawāb together!

“If a Muslim plants a tree or sows seeds, and then a bird, or a person or an animal eats from it,
it is regarded as a charitable gift (sadaqah) for him.” – Prophet Muḥammad (pbuh).
