Maps-Mcrc Community Clinic
To schedule an appointment at the free clinic, please email us at mapsmcrcclinic@gmail.com with the following information:
1) First and Last name of patient
2) Birth date
3) Brief reason for the appointment (i.e.wellness exam, medication refill, etc.)
4) Preferred appointment time– please note that the first appointment will be for 10AM and the last will be at 12:30PM for all of the providers.
Additionally, we will have an onsite lab at the clinic. By doing so, we hope to improve continuity of care between all of our patients and healthcare providers.
We highly recommend scheduling an appointment, although we will try to accommodate everyone. As usual, all are welcome.
