National and local experts and practitioners will facilitate this comprehensive training to educate, network, & equip faith leaders to better advocate against a narrative of fear and divisiveness in our country.

This training is for Rabbis, Pastors, Ministers, and Imams of faith communities, as well as leaders, coordinators, and organizers of regional faith and interfaith organizations and partnerships. Please share widely with faith leaders in your networks and contact conference organizers for any questions or concerns.

Training modules will cover the following:

• How the rise in Islamophobia threatens us all
• Who American Muslims are
• How anti-Muslim bigotry shows up in laws and policies
• How to locate and address our fears
• How to respond to common misconceptions and questions about Islam and Muslims
• Strategies for faith communities to make effective change
• How to unite on messaging
• Media training

Join us on the evening of January 28th for a welcoming reception. Training sessions will begin at 9am promptly on Monday, January 29th and conclude at 2:00pm on Wednesday January 30th, with an optional in-depth media training to be held from 2:00 - 6:00pm on January 30th.
