The Muslims Community has many various diverse cultures & backgrounds. One of MIA's initiatives is to recognize this diversity by having some occasions where our guest speakers will speak to that language and culture.

MIA Speaker Series - is Proud to have Br. Khalid Iqbal

Br. Khalid Iqbal is a Mechanical engineer by profession. He completed his graduate studies in Canada. For the past 20 years, Br Khalid dedicated himself to nonprofit work. His passion for family development lead him to the create Rahmaa Institute that concentrates on Muslim marriage issues, conflict resolution, divorce and social issues. He is a writer, speaker and Khateeb. Married with three children and 10 grandchildren, Br Khalid has been on the board of several nonprofit and professional organizations such as ISNA, Human Concern International (HCI) and American Society for Metals (ASM). He also served as director for CAIR, ADAMS and now with Muslim Family Services (MFS) as the Administrative Director. External Event Url
