Faisal Kutty is a co-founder of KSM Law and teaches at Valparaiso University Law School in Indiana and Osgoode Hall Law School of York University. His opinion pieces regularly appear in the Toronto Star, CBC News, Aljazeera, and Middle East Eye. He also frequently appears in the media on issues involving Muslims, Islam, ant-terrorism, national security and constitutional law.

In 2008 he was invited by Amnesty, Human Rights Watch and opposition members of the Egyptian Parliament to serve as an international trial monitor at the military trials of political prisoners at the Haikstip military base outside of Cairo.
Faisal has published more than 350 articles in academic and non-academic publications and he is a frequently featured public speaker. For the past seven years, he has been included in The Muslim 500: The World’s Most Influential Muslims.
