This Ramadan Allah (SWT) has given us an opportunity to participate in building a “House of His Worship” from the ground up that Insha Allah will serve the ummah for generations to come. The ISWEM Islamic Center in the Twin Cities East Metro - that will look and feel like an Islamic Place of worship - is ready for construction and waiting for us to work together to build it.

Insha Allah, the ISWEM will be hosting its Ramadan Dinner and Fundraiser:

The success of this fundraiser is critical to move this project into the construction phase. Please mark it on your calendar and please attend this event Insha Allah. Further details on the fundraising event is at http://iswem.org/fundraiser/

We want to start the construction of this House of Allah in 2016, as we have one year from the date of approval to break ground. Alhamdu Lillah, we have most of the plans in place and the main thing left is for all of us to participate in this project by taking ownership to build a portion of this Islamic Center. We can participate in this Sadaqa Jareeya by building:

Musallah (Prayer) Spaces at $1,500 for each space (For our parents, ourselves, our spouse, our kids and get the reward every time someone prays there)

1 sqft of the Center at $150/sqft (and we can participate in building multiple sqfts)

Any other contribution amounts are welcome and will help convert this paper design for the House of Allah into reality
