Dealing with oneself correctly is dependent on understanding oneself properly. Between philosophy and academic research, we now have more proposals than ever on what it means to be alive, what healthy living entails, and where happiness can be found. And yet, people are now more distraught and uneasy than ever before, which sets the stage for our timeless Qur’an. Its surgical accuracy provides clarity on the most pressing existential questions, and by that serves as the greatest therapeutic tool, and the best catalyst for wholesome human development.

In this seminar, we will discuss:

– The reality of the heart and soul

– The desires of the heart and soul

– The three types of personalities

– The fusion between perception and will-power

– The diseases of the heart & their remedy

– The beautiful balance of Islam

– And much more!
