Over the past couple of months, our Islamic Center community has faced a series of challenges that have understandably left some of our members feeling worried, confused, and concerned. In response, the ICSC Board of Directors has scheduled a Town Hall meeting for this Sunday, Dec. 4 at noon. We urge you to join us as the Board shares an update on the current state of affairs at the Islamic Center. We will also open up the floor for questions and gather input on how we can support each of you as we move into a new phase of American history.

Some of the topics that we will discuss include:
- Updates on the Mark Feigin case
- Ongoing Security Efforts (Including our newly established - Security Task Force)
- LAPD/FBI Hate Mail Press Conference

In addition to community updates, we will also use this as an opportunity to introduce our partners from the Los Angeles Police Department, Captain Horace Frank and Deputy Chief Jon Peters. You will also have a chance to learn about our candidates for the 2017 ICSC Board of Directors; Dr. Rizwan Bhatti, Mr. Kamal Hamdan, Dr. Karima Hirani and Mrs. Hala Karam. Meet them in person before elections on Feb. 12! We will also have a HALAL BARBECUE ($5/person) in the back parking lot following the conclusion of our Town Hall meeting. External Event Url
