Trials, hardships, and struggles are an inevitable part of life. One way we deal with our struggles is to lose hope and feel sad about our situation. We ask “Why is this happening to me?” or “Why is nothing going right in my life?”. This way of thinking creates a barrier between us and Allah (SWT). The other way we can deal with our struggles is to seek the help of Allah (SWT). By doing this, our pain and struggles can be a means of bringing us back to our Lord.
