Manheim Township Police officers who are certified as car seat technicians through SafeKids, will be teaming up with Lancaster General Health to perform this car seat check. Numerous technicians will be on site to help install child safety seats, and teach users proper installation techniques. No appointment is necessary - simply drop in. There is no fee.
