On Friday, May 13, Clifton Mosque will be hosting our Spring potluck dinner and cooking competition! Our religion teaches us a way of life that comprises a holistic approach to health- taking care of our physical bodies is an important step in growing our spirituality. Join us as we embody this through a community potluck by bringing a healthy dish to share! (That means avoiding processed ingredients, and using a lot of vegetables and fruits, whole grains, and fresh meats.)

To "spice" things up, we will also be holding a cooking competition! Each dish in the competition will have to include a "secret" local, seasonal ingredient that will be emailed to you upon registration. Dishes will be judged based on Creativity, Presentation, & Taste. Winner gets a prize!

**UPDATE: Cooking contest "secret ingredients" now revealed!!**

If you choose to enter your dish into the competition portion of the event, it must include at least one of the following seasonal ingredients:
-Spinach
-Rhubarb
-Chives
-Mango
-Spring Wheat Berries
