We are excited to have well-renowned American Muslim scholar, researcher and consultant Dalia Mogahed speak at GW on Januray 29.

Mogahed is the Director of Research at the Institute for Social Policy and Understanding (ISPU). She is the former Executive Director of the Gallup Center for Muslim Studies, has served as an advisor to Presdient Barack Obama, and testified before the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations about U.S. engagement with Muslim communities. Mogahed has given numerous interviews in the news media about Muslims in America.

Mogahed will be speaking about Islam in America in the current climate and how we can make a difference followed by a Q&A session.

Tickets to this event will be free of charge for GW students and $5 for non-GW attendees.
