Nur Islamic School of Louisville invites you to a Benefit Dinner on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 6:30pm at Guiding Light Islamic Center.

Motivational Speaker: Imam Abderraoof Alkhawaldeh

Imam Abderraoof is a khateeb, motivational speaker, lecturer, and community leader in North Texas. He is well traveled all of the United States as a motivational speaker and as a consultant to many Islamic organizations. He is the co-founder of the Islamic Center of Irving (ICI) which was founded in the early 90s. He co-founded the Islamic School of Irving in 1996. He is a former Director, Imam and President of the Islamic Center of Irving. He was the Project Manager responsible for the construction of the Islamic Center of Irving (20 Million Dollars). He sat on the advisory committee to the Irving Police Chief and the Constable Office Citizens Committee. He also served as a member of the Steering Committee for the Irving Citywide Dialogue. He appeared on local TV stations and was interviewed by several radio shows. He was a member of the Shura Body at Islamic Services Foundation (ISF). He also served as a Director at the MAS Youth Center of Dallas. He owns and operates a consulting firm called E Z Community Services, providing business development consulting and training for Islamic Organizations. He is happily married and a father of five children, three boys and two girls ranging from 13 to 24 years of age. Currently he is serving as the President of the North Texas Islamic Council (NTIC) and ICI Waqf.

Children’s Program: Animal Tales will bring a Burmese Python, Four-Eyed Opossum, African Pygmy Hedgehog, Chinchilla, Ferret, Argentine Black and White Tegu
