TAI CHI originated in China as a martial art, and over time, has evolved into an effective exercise for a healthy mind and body. It has been found to be helpful for people with arthritis, diabetes, osteoporosis, back pain, and other chronic illness. The physical exertion for this exercise is the same as for a walking program.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat, supportive shoes. No other equipment is required.
