The CMA (Cheadle Muslim Association) Community Centre and Masjid (Centre) has been the focal point of sustained activity for a whole community of Muslims and non-Muslims since its opening in January 2004. The centre complex currently consists of two buildings: one building is the mosque/ recreational area and other is a four bedroom detached house. As the Muslim community in Cheadle and surrounding areas has increased in the recent years, it has added to the demand for adequate facilities and services in the area. CMA is currently exploring the feasibility of expansion and improvement of its current resources and services in collaboration with the local council and the entire community.

Dinner at Dusk

As part of the Great Get Together - organised by the Jo Cox Foundation - we will be honoured if our friends and neighbours from the wider community will join us for "Dinner at Dusk" - and the opening of a Ramadhan fast together. This event will celebrate our one humanity, we will share an insight into the Muslim faith, break the Ramdhan fast together in the traditional manner (at sunset) and then share a lovely meal together. Indeed there is much that unites us and standing together as one is crucial in these difficult times. We would love to welcome you there. The event is free, but we would kindly ask you to register for the event via email or phone to allow us to manage the catering. Please do let us know also of any dietary requirements and we will do our best to cater. E : farooqrafiq@hotmail.co.uk or T : 0161 437 1093
