Mondays, at 7:00 PM, weekly from April 17th through May 22nd.

This 6-week course will take a deeper look at trauma's origins and give participants tools to recognize symptoms of trauma. We’ll learn how to respond to the mitigating effects of stress and trauma in the through the lens of self-awareness. Lastly, we’ll gain an understanding that mindfulness and compassion are the building blocks for engaging and healing trauma. Open sharing and discussion will be encouraged. Participants will be expected to attend all sessions, and no one will be admitted after the course begins. External Event Url
