In this day long meditation retreat, Micah
Anderson will lead participants through a day
of mindful practice, including sitting, walking,
and eating. Silence will be observed for a
majority of the retreat, followed by Q&A
towards the end of the day. Some basic
meditation experience is suggested but not
required. This retreat will offer a wonderful
opportunity to deepen your mindfulness
