The fast paced environments we live in, often prevent us from obtaining the nourishment we need to stay healthy, happy, and fulfilled. In this two series course, we’ll talk about the general principles of the Eating for Health® model, a whole-foods approach to nutrition, emphasizing that the best diet comes from S.O.U.L. foods (seasonal, organic, unprocessed, and local). Participants will walk away learning how to enjoy life full of reinvigorating energy with a diverse, plant-based diet that provides a full range of nutrients. We’ll share a meal after each session!
