Learn the importance of infusing our mindfulness practice with self-compassion in this daylong meditation workshop led by Micah Anderson. When we explore mindfulness through the lens of self-compassion, we learn how to relate to ourselves and others with increased kindness, warmth, and acceptance. Participants will learn how mindfulness can help with understanding one’s experiences, rather than reacting with self-judgement or fear.
