INTRODUCTION
Al-Ghazzali Centre Sydney invites you to its 2nd annual 5-day Summer Intensive, covering the subjects of Islam, Iman and Ihsan.
THE NEED
In the midst of the religious confusion and anti-religious rhetoric through the rise of anti-religious secularism, Muslims are torn between the extremes of liberalism and religious literalism. Thus, a holistic understanding of the message of God, Almighty, as exemplified by His Beloved Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, is crucial in traversing through this treacherous world.
COURSE CONTENT
Throughout the 5 days and evenings, each teacher will cover from a classical text from within Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama’ tradition and orthodoxy, subjects relating to:
Islam (Fiqh/Islamic Law), covered by Ustadh Imran Angullia
Iman (Aqida/Theology), covered by Imam Afroz Ali
Ihsan (Tasawwuf/Moral Spirituality), covered by Shaykh Muhammad Mendes
