This interfaith event facilitated by SeekersHub Sydney with Australian Catholic University, is a forum to discuss, through the poetry of Islam’s and Christianity’s two key scholars, the foundational call to love, compassion and one humanity. The vision and poetry of Mevlana Rumi will be discussed comparatively with the interfaith vision of Christian poet William Blake.

Ustadh Feraidoon Mojadedi will discuss the writings of Mevlana Rumi and Associate Professor at Australian Catholic University, Michael Griffith will discuss the writings of William Blake, followed by a conversation, questions and answers with the audience, with the hope that all attending return to their homes enlightened and aspiring to live a life of compassion for others.
