This ground-breaking workshop exploring our journey to God, with Imam Afroz Ali, is being facilitated again due to strong request for it to be rerun. The workshop is a journey exploring how our food, environment, and personality affect our character and thus our relationship with others, and ultimately, God. Through such an understanding of ourselves, we may better map our efforts to draw nearer to God by manifesting the Prophetic call to excellence in character.
Topics that will be covered include:
Your body – the food we eat and our environment and how they affect our potential
Your mind – our behaviour and conduct, in particular our outward persona
Your soul- our inner and true character and our true self
This is a very practical seminar to help you find out about your personality and behaviour, and how to internalise virtuous character.
