What do British Muslims Want?

Saturday 23rd June 2012, 10am - 6pm
Woodland Grange Conference Centre, Old Milverton Lane, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, CV32 6RN

Instead of a just an internal discussion about the organisation, this year we are holding a conference, on the theme: What do British Muslims Want? This will bring in external speakers and allow us to discuss our role and purpose more concretely, connecting our work in the wider context of the Muslim community. It’s an exciting and pertinent time to have such a discussion, with so many important changes happening around us.

This event is open to all. The Conference will consist of panel discussions and lectures and will incorporate the Annual Members Meeting, which will include a presentation of the activities over the last year, time for feedback from the audience.

It will be a great day out for the family – the singer / songwriter Dawud Wharnsby will be joining us and there will be other fun activities for children as well.

Venue: the beautiful Woodland Grange Conference Centre, a 4-star venue in a central location with state of the art conference facilities, set in a tranquil location and with quality catering.

Cost: Free for ISB members (£5 contribution towards lunch and £3 towards children’s activities, if used); £15 for non-Members.
