Islamic Relief invite you to join us on this intrepid journey to Morocco, to where the burning sun meets a sea of sand.

The Sahara desert is one of the most breathtaking landscapes in the world. Ever changing and remote, it can also be a magical place of intense colours, huge undulating dunes and starry night skies.

Climate change is having a real impact on the world, including the worlds deserts. In the wilderness of the Sahara Desert, we challenge you to witness first hand the effects of climate change on the desert.

You will trek for hours each day, in high temperatures, along ancient sea beds and across vast sand dunes. There will also be the opportunity to converse with nomad touaregs over a sweet cup of mint tea, to see how they live and cope under such harsh conditions and what the impact of climate change has been on their way of life.
