March 2018 marks 7 years since the Syrian Uprising. For the past 7 years, Syrians have been facing persecution, oppression, and tyranny. Many people may have forgotten, and many others may have grown insensitive to the plight of our Syrian brothers and sisters. But for the millions who have lost their homes, their loved ones, and who continue to face persecution, every day is a reminder of how gloomy their life has become.
Let us not forget them. Join Imam Suhaib Webb, Shaykh Eiad Soudan, sister Zainab Ghwari, and the Helping Hand Team as we bring you a night of remembrance for Syria, and awareness of the plight of Syrian Refugees. This is not a fundraising dinner, but many opportunities to help will be given.
