Sisters in Self Defense is an opportunity for women from all over our community to unite as one in a course that will allow them to feel safer and take back power to protect themselves. This free class will teach numerous manuevors for women to defend themesleves and have the oppertunity to get away from an aggressor. In today's political climate women and especially women of color are at risk more than ever of becoming a target for violence. We want to empower women by giving them a sense of security when walking in their neighborhoods be it at night or alone. So we welcome women of all walks of life to join us as we host CAIR Florida's Sisters in Self Defense class and hope to see you there!
